A point that I must make is that the translations I create for the Hurd site
are not done through the GNU hebrew translation team (known as mini-project
TarGNUm).

The GNU site states that translation for specific programs should be done in
coordination with the specific program site maintainers, and not as part of the
main GNU site translation.
TarGNUm is arranged so that such translations can be managed under it's
umbrella, but since it is on it's early stages I prefer it to focus on the main
GNU site for now.

The meaning of this is that although the Hurd translations are done as close as
possible to the TarGNUm standards, they are not TarGNUm translations, but my
personal translations. For example, all TarGNUm documents are edited by a
person other than the one who translated them, while the Hurd translations are
not edited by a different person.

I _do_ intend to move the Hurd translations under TarGNUm's supervision in the
future, but till then, you can treat me on that context as a single translator.
(the fact I'm coordinating the translation team is just a nice Bonus). I simply
enjoy translating a non-GNU-philosophy document here and there, and I have an
unexplained affection for the Hurd.

In case you would like to wait for the translations to be under TarGNUm, it's a
possibility, but I believe that the translations are compatible enough with the
TarGNUm standards to be put online on this stage, and only revised later when
TarGNUm takes over. it might also take a long time till TarGNUm will take over.
anyway, it's your call.

salut!
