[Windows7sins-translators] First piece of Italian translation

Hello everybody,

I have translated in Italian a piece of the site 
windows7sins.org: the "Education" paragraph.

Is the Italian translation already started?

I wish to know where to submit the text for revision.

I hope that the site can go on-line in Italian even if it is only 
partially translated.

Now the it.windows7sins.org redirects to en.windows7sins.org, is 
it right?
