[Windows7sins-translators] Press release and wiki

I've been putting some of the meta.windows7sins.org pages onto the
LibrePlanet wiki today -- http://groups.fsf.org/wiki/Windows_7_Sins

Please go ahead and fill out the pages for your translation -- provide
the names and contact info for the various translators, maybe a page
with your press release on it and make another page with any press
contacts you have in your country, or press contacts for your language.

The press release will be released on Wednesday.

joining the FSF as an associate member ($10 monthly contribution, $5 for
