it did work, thanks for the support.

Now it is all in the dev directory (I am not done yet, so I do not want to
put it into live), but http://dev.ro.windows7sins.org/ redirects to the
en.windows7sins.org.

Is this because I did not delete the file delete.me? Or is there something
else to do to access the page in the dev-directory?
