Is it in version.h? It so, it is 173.

$WXDIR\lib\ruby\1.7\i386-mswin32\version.h
=====
#define RUBY_VERSION "1.7.3"
#define RUBY_RELEASE_DATE "2002-11-17"
#define RUBY_VERSION_CODE 173
#define RUBY_RELEASE_CODE 20021117

and StringValue _is_ defined in ruby.h in the same directory as
#define StringValue(v) if (TYPE(v) != T_STRING) rb_string_value(&(v))
which seems to be different from what the wx.h definition.

Thx
Roy
