wsjt-x logging

Hello group

I've been testing xlog 2.0.23 with wsjt-x 2.4.0.

xlog correctly logs FT8 contacts except that UTCEND is not recorded in 
the log - it is left blank.

A network capture shows that <time_off:6> is sent by wsjt-x as part of 
the UDP datagram when you press the Log QSO button.

Has anyone else seen this?
