What a the PHP wiki, TikiWiki -- either way I like Perl if and would be
pleased to help out.  I hope I didn't step on anyone's toes ....

I think twiki is written in C.

Xouvert can wait as long as it takes.  Thanks again for letting us use
your Wiki space.
