The FAQ looks good. I have a two minor suggestions as I was re-reading
it this morning.

In section 2.4) Where it says "I think the reason everyone..." it slips
into the first person (singular). Throughout the rest of the FAQ you've
used "We". Maybe replace with "Perhaps the reason everyone..." or even
"We think the reason everyone..." Just a thought.

Anchors in Mozilla. Hmmm. To me this looks like a bug. I hadn't noticed
it before, but the anchors you've set up at each section turn blue on
mouseover, I guess cause they're the same tag as a link (<a>)? but of
course they don't have an (href="") so they should act like a link. It's
sort of distracting as I moved my mouse up and down the page. They
started jumping out like links. Again, I think this is a bug in Mozilla,
not in your wonderfully written FAQ. My suggestion:

replace

  <h4><a name="1.1">1.1) What is Xouvert?</a></h4>

with

  <a name="1.1"></a><h4>1.1) What is Xouvert?</h4>

It still works as an anchor that way. Keep up the good work.
