But you still have to download it. Many people dont want this. 
There are still many people with limited bandwidth out there - I personally
have to cope with 64kbit/s dialup. No more bandwidth and even no flatrate/
leased line available here, or really really too expensive.

And even if evryone had the required bandwidth - it is simply junk traffic 
if its not really needed.
