hi jonathan,

thanks for your help - now it worked. i was able to download, changed the 
files, and also was able to up load the files. i've done this one hour ago - 
but i can't see any changes on our homepage ... maybe the changes will be 
updated later. but if not i copied the "commit" dialog for you - for me 
everything looks OK. the "index.html" file is added, the other two files are 
modified. there is this
> "These apparent source files lack inventory tags:"
message. i ignored it.
