Johann, thank you for the bug report.  I got an email from the person
who runs the server.  He modified our site directly without going
through arch, which is probably what messed things up.  I'm going to go
in and properly tag the images directory and it's comtents, and move the
xouvert.png image there too.  That should fix things.
