[xouweb] ANNOUNCE: arch setup changed; IMPORTANT details

I changed the setup for the archive.  Now it is accessed through a
single account, called Xouvert.

You need to do two things so you can use the archive.

1.  Send me your public ssh key for the box and account you will be
doing your developement work from.  You need to do this step and wait
for me to install your key before you can move on to the next step.

2.  Do the following commands inside the user account you are doing
developement work in.

$ rm "~/.arch-params/=location/address@hidden"
$ tla register-archive sftp://address@hidden/xouvert/h2003

That is all.  You will be able to continue your work as before, with the
difference that my commits won't screw things up for everyone else
anymore.

When I say developement work, I am including the work you've done on the
Xouvert website so far.
