this are the steps for the web repository:
//go to home:
$ cd ~
//backup if something goes wrong:
$ mv xouvert-html xouvert-htmlBACKUP
$ mv .arch-params/ .arch-paramsBACKUP
//set your id:
$ tla my-id "Robert Wimmer <address@hidden>"
//register the archive:
$ tla register-archive address@hidden

//download the files:
$ tla get address@hidden/html--mainline--1.0 xouvert-html
//here must be everything ok, if the directory xouvert-html
//is created and all the files were downloaded the you can
//erase the BACKUPS
//this is what you have to do before make changes in the files:
$ tla update --in-place xouvert-html
$ cd xouvert-html
//here you edit the files with your editor leaving the
