Fine with me! Thanks a lot, please install, but, please
s/Cannot/cannot/ for consistency, and use the second AC_MSG_ERROR arg
to exit 77 for the test suite. It is not a grave error, as nobody
would use such a weak compiler in a cross-compiling situation.
Nonetheless, the test suite forces the cross-compiling option
precisely to catch such problems, or bad code (since, I suppose, no
one configure Autoconf in a cross-compile env :).
