I'd like to demur.  If memory serves, those tests do not work with
cf77 and cft77.  Unless we find a computer museum that is interested
in actually using cf77 and cft77, I think it's better to not imply
that the code works with those compilers.

Also, Cray is a special case because Cray Inc knows the existing
installations, and knows what Cray software is installed on them.
If Cray suggests that it's not worth our time to support cf77 and
cft77 any more, I'm inclined to follow their advice.
