        * autoconf.texi: Rename nodes to avoid periods, which texinfo does not
        allow and which prevent emacs and info from following index entries.
        (Writing configure.ac): -> Writing configure
        (configure.ac Layout): -> configure Layout
        (config.status Invocation): -> config status Invocation
        (Obsolete config.status Use): -> Obsolete config status Use
        (acconfig.h): -> acconfig header
        (Autoconf 2.13): -> Autoconf 213
        (Writing testsuite.at): -> Writing testsuite
        (autom4te.cache): -> autom4te cache

Not all of these actually appear as targets of index entries (the
autom4te.cache faq node doesn't), but I think it's still prudent to
follow what the texinfo manual says about node names, namely no dots.

I encountered this while adding support to emacs info-look.el for the
testsuite index. The dot in "testsuite.at" prevents C-h C-i from
looking up AT_INIT and friends.
