_AC_COMPILER_EXEEXT cleanup

Hello,
 I noticed that the _AC_COMPILER_EXEEXT definition is rather crufty,
so I created the following cleanup.

Ralf Wildenhues has told me:
"CVS HEAD, branch-1-5 and branch-1-4 (sic! last updated in 2002; someone
mentioned he still uses it) do not contain references to ac_cv_exeext
(unlike ac_exeext)."

So I removed the "export ac_cv_exeext" commands.

OK to commit?
