Yes. AS_EXECUTABLE_P needs the result of _AS_TEST_PREPARE but that is
expanded only after _AS_DETECT_BETTER_SHELL. But we should not change
the order either: the shell we currently use may have an impact on the
`test' we currently use. (We could compute twice, I guess, but that
seems ugly to me, too.)
