configure.ac:15: warning: AC_ARG_PROGRAM was called before
AC_CANONICAL_TARGET
Since AC_ARG_PROGRAM is called from AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE, putting the
AC_CANONICAL_TARGET before the AM_* macros makes even this warning go
away.
