Processing scripts to handle --program-suffix

Subject: Processing scripts to handle --program-suffix

Hi,

I am building a program from CVS (galeon2) but I am also keeping the
stable version on my machine. As the binary names are the same, I am
using --program-suffix so that instead of 'galeon-bin' being the binary,
'galeon-bin-cvs' is the name of the binary for my CVS builds.

However, galeon is started via a shell script which sets up an
environment. Is it possible to get the final name of galeon-bin
(defined in bin_PROGRAMS) and tell automake to process the shell script
and replace @BINARY@ (or some such name) with the name of the binary, as
it will be after transformations?

Regards,
Ross
