I've installed the 3.9.91 version on my Debian/unstable machine with no
problems at all, and have successfully produced re-written addresses.

A further question, though :- is it possible for the Debug logging to
track the execution of the rulesets? It would be nice to see how a
sample message matches rules, in a similar manner to procmail's logging
