[bug-anubis] Version 4.0 coming soon

Hello,

We are going to release version 4.0 on December 15th, 2004
(exactly two years after the last stable release, 3.6.2).
So, less than 2 months remain. We would greatly appreciate
any comments, suggestions, and help by sending bug reports!
(especially before the 4.0). Or if you see that everything
works fine, tell us about it :).
