Ok, I got a bit further. After running ...

bash-2.05b# anubisadm --create \
mysql://mail:address@hidden/mail \
< /usr/local/etc/anubisdb.txt

... I am getting ...

anubisadm: 2: cannot write to the database:
Table 'mail.users' doesn't exist

Isn't anubisadm supposed to create the missing (users)
table?
