Hello,
There is a bug in autoconf which causes autoheader to emit 'Broken pipe'
all the time. It seems that the handling of non-existent functions (headers,
etc.) is bogus. I have attached a sample configure.in file which shows
the problem and the traces.sh script generated by "autoheader -d". The
'Broken pipe' errors arise because $ac_tr_cpp is not defined in autoheader
(I suspect autoconf should not emit it at all, but I do not know autoconf
internals).
Platform tested: powerpc-ibm-aix4.3.2.0
