Hi!

How is going this machine?  For instance, is tmp/ `normal': write access,
sufficient space etc.  It seems that most failures are due to I/O with
/tmp files. Also the test suite has not been able to reproduce twice the
same failures, which does seem to indidcate something else is bizarre, the
test suite is meant to be deterministic.
