autoupdate 2.54 replaces AM_CONFIG_HEADER with AC_CONFIG_HEADERS

Hi,

I ran autoupdate 2.54 against bogofilter's configure.in file, and found
that autoupdate replaced AM_CONFIG_HEADER(config.h:config.in) with
AC_CONFIG_HEADERS([config.h:config.in]), which made automake-1.6.3
refuse to work the next run.

This change pasted some lines of code, and contains the result of an
autoupdate run.

I feel AM_CONFIG_HEADER should remain in place and not be switched to
AC_CONFIG_HEADER.
