Using autoconf 2.57 and automake 1.7.2.

I was "fixing" some bugs caused by someone else's Automake 1.6 being
used instead of the current series, and stumbled across this minor
discrepancy. In the manual, (autoconf)Configuration Headers, claims
that AC_CONFIG_HEADERS is now the correct macro to use for `config.h'
et al. However, the `autoscan' utility, which I often use, outputs as
`AC_CONFIG_HEADER'.

I changed it to use the manual's version, and it works fine. But I
recall the other version working fine, and the manual doesn't list it
as deprecated; so what's right?

The only real significance of the "Halloween documents" is that
Microsoft seems to think that the GNU/Linux system has the potential
for great success.

Thank you, Microsoft, and please get out of the way.
