while compiling ProFTP 1.2.8 on AIX 4.3.3. maint 10
with following line

env CC=cc \
        CFLAGS='-D_NO_PROTO' \
        LDFLAGS='-blibpath:/usr/lib:/lib:/usr/local/lib' \
        ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/netscape
