glib compile problems

From: Todd Seeleman

Greetings,

    I'm trying desperately to compile & install glib 2.2.3 on a Tru64 v5.1b
system. I've successfully installed gettext however everytime I run
./configure for glib it complains that I don't have gettext support. Can
you give me a clue?
