Where can I go for documantation, and what programs should I be using.  All I 
know is this is from
http://sourceforge.net/projects/tuxnes/ CVS.  This has been a bug for a long 
time and I NEED to
fix it.  So whatever it takes, I might just run gcc by hand if I have too.
