file present but cannot be compiled

Hello.
I encountered configure warnings when I was compiling 
net-snmp-5.1 of SorceForge.

configure: WARNING: netinet/tcpip.h: present but
cannot be compiled
configure: WARNING: netinet/tcpip.h: check for missing

configure: WARNING: netinet/tcpip.h: proceeding with

Not only netinet/tcpip.h but also the following files
causes the same warning.
- netinet/ip.h
- netinet/ip_icmp.h
- net/if.h
- sys/socketvar.h
- netinet/udp.h
- netinet/in_var.h
- netinet/if_ether.h
- netinet/ip_var.h
- netinet/tcp_var.h
- netinet/udp_var.h
- netinet/icmp_var.h
- net/route.h


Environment (by uname -a) is:
SunOS 5.9 Generic_112234-11 i86pc i386 i86pc
