.h exists but not usable

Hi,

The configure script for MySQL's 4.0.18 source distribution ran into some
trouble checking for term.h and sys/ptem.h asked me to write you.

I was trying to configure the MySQL source on a Sun Ultra 60 (SPARC)
running Solaris 9.  The configure script completed successfully, but I
have not tried to build yet.

I've attached config.log (gzipped because it's huge!).  Let me know if I
can provide any more information.
