[GNU Autoconf 2.58] testsuite: 41 167 failed

Building autoconf 2.58 on Solaris 8 (sparc): "uname -a":
   SunOS altair 5.8 Generic_108528-22 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-4

in a subdirectory "sparc.sunos5" of the main directory, and with an
override to "--prefix":

   ../configure --prefix=/usr/local/gnu

The testsuite log is attached.

Could you acknowledge, please.  Let me know if there is anything else you
need for this problem (if you guide me, I could try to debug deeper).

An indication of severity would be useful.  Is this a major show-stopper,
so I should not install?  Or is it relatively cosmetic/obscure, so I would
be OK?  Or somewhere between...?
