NET-SNMP configure troubles

Hello,

I got the following configure log, which said this should be sent to 
bug report.   I use Mac OS X 10.3.4 which has netinet/tcpip.h, 
netinet/ip.h, and so on.   I tried to follow README.osX, tried to 
rebuild configure by autoconf, but nothing helps me.
