Build error in VICE 1.13

Greetings.

I encountered the following problem when trying to build VICE 1.13 
<ftp://ftp.funet.fi/pub/cbm/crossplatform/emulators/VICE/vice-1.13.tar.gz> 
on an i686 GNU/Linux system (SuSE 9.0):

checking X11/extensions/XShm.h presence... yes
