It looks like the problem with AC_C_LONG_DOUBLE has been fixed in
autoconf-2.59; I'm rebuilding the package that exposed the problem,
upgrading its configure file from autoconf-2.57 to autoconf-2.59.
My apologies for reporting an already-fixed problem. We just got our
Solaris 10 test machine up yesterday with all new Sun compilers, and
I'll be hammering it with test builds of lots of packages for the next
many weeks.
