CVS autoconf small testsuite failure on NetBSD/i386

Hi,

I just tested CVS autoconf on one of my machine running NetBSD/i386,
and noticed only a small testsuite failure.

 56: Input/Output                                  FAILED (base.at:248)

I currently have a `config.site' file, in /usr/local/share directory,
which produce an extra output line. Many tests does not care about
this extra line, but this one doesn't.
