All failed with one of the following messages:
   configure: error: cannot run Fortran compiled programs.
   configure: error: cannot run Fortran 77 compiled programs.

It seems that your host has GNU Fortran installed, but it is not
functional.  Is that true?

It's a pity that the check system urged you to mail us.
If the Fortran compiler were not found at all, the check would be skipped,
so it wouldn't count as failure.  But since the compiler is available, yet
it doesn't seem to work, the test suite haven't decided to skip those tests.
