Autoconf problem with glsnake on Fedora Core4 on x86-64

Running Downloaded glsnake-0.8.9.tar.gz from
http://spacepants.org/src/glsnake/download/glsnake-0.8.9.tar.gz

Unpacked and ran ./configure. Output has errors with indication that
they should be reported to you.
