Bug#271232: AC_F77_LIBRARY_LDFLAGS should ignore -lcrt2.o on Mac OS X

It looks like this bug has reappeared in the current version of autoconf 
(maybe the fix, e.g. 
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/autoconf/2004-09/msg00176.html never 
got properly included.)

I'm not the usual Fortran hacker for Autoconf -- perhaps you can
contact one of them.
