For Autoconf, this would be done by adding an AC_PROG_BISON macro,
right? We would need to leave the existing AC_PROG_YACC macro alone,
surely, since the name YACC implies "Yacc-compatible".
Is that something you would have time to do? To be honest, I don't
fully understand the AN_* stuff that's currently in the AC_PROG_YACC
macro implementation.
