Follow-up Comment #1, sr #107450 (project autoconf):
$ cat configure.ac
AC_INIT(glib, [glib_version],
[http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=glib])
$ autoconf
configure.ac:1: warning: AC_INIT: not a literal:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=glib
$
The warning was introduced between 2.65 and 2.67.
This causes warnings on nearly all GNOME and freedesktop.org packages.
