Details:
Hello,
I am trying to run configure on mpeg4ip-1.5.0.1 for a MSWindows XP, with mingw
build system, platform.
configure finds out that the preprocessor is /lib/cpp, but this file does not
exist, and this cause a failure on cpp sanity checks.
Actually cpp in in my PATH, and just typing cpp is enough to launch it. So I
worked around the issue by adding
export CPP=/mingw/bin/cpp.exe
in my `~/.bash_profile'.
