C-r C-r should remember last search string

While we're here: favorite bash bug: C-r C-r doesn't recall last
search string used just moments ago; yes if no searches have been
performed for this session I don't expect bash to remember it from some
file, but at least C-r string ....[ then some commands later, and at
a fresh prompt:] C-r C-r should remember last search string, like emacs.
