Description:
        The 1.3.3 release of
cygwin1.dll hangs rlogin. Both ways. When
rlogining to the windows machine, the
in.rlogind process spawns in
        a seperate dos window.

Repeat-By:
        I loaded the
newest releases on Sept. 15, rlogin stopped working and
        just hangs. I have
to kill the process from the other machine to be
able to get out of it and
it leaves the rlogin process running in the
        windows task list. It looks
like the process is getting the remote
link but no information is being sent.
I'm running Windows 98 on a
        network with RH Linux machines.

Fix:
        I replaced
cygwin1.dll with the 1.3.2 version and rlogin started
        working again.
That's not the real fix, but that worked in the short
        term..
