Hi all,

it seems, that you don't want to help me here. Maybe, it's too
far fetched, or I'm too windows-contaminated. I was just used
to MKS. There this was possible. So, I'll stick on my modified
bash for the time being.

/cygdrive/<drive_letter>/ method. I'm writing such pathnames tons of
times during a day. If I'd have to type these two quotes each time,
it would slow down me significantly - especially since the quotes
require to use shift+key.
