There is a $19.95 cap on wagering charges each month and any BrisBET.com member who wagers over $2,500 in a month will have their wagering fees refunded to their account at the end of the month.

How America TAB Account Wagering Works
What do I need to do to place wagers?
America TAB account holders can place wagers after opening an account and having sufficient funds in their account to cover the wager.
How do I open an account with America TAB?
Click "Open an Account" and provide the information required to create the account. Once the account has been created, you will need to add funds to the account. When opening a wagering account, the Oregon Racing Commission requires a minimum initial deposit of $50 or more. Failure to make the minimum initial deposit will result in the closing of your account. An account can be reopened by America TAB upon receipt of initial deposit and subject to acceptance.
If you have any questions about opening an account, call BrisBET.com Customer Service toll-free at (800) 597-5661. Hours are 9 AM to 9 PM ET Monday through Saturday and 11 AM to 9 PM ET on Sundays.
How long does it take to set up an account?
Once your application is accepted and your credit card is verified, or you have deposited funds through one of the alternative methods, you are ready to wager.
How do I make deposits to my wagering account?
To make your initial deposit, see the options under "Manage Your Account". A deposit can be made online by using a credit or debit card, or by sending a personal check (which takes 5 days to clear), certified check, or money order through the mail. We also accept Bank Wire Transfers. America TAB requires ALL customers to fill out and sign a Draft Authorization Form for future credit/debit card transactions, future withdrawals, PayPal, and for IRS W2-G purposes. This form can be found under "Manage Your Account".
Which credit and debit cards do you accept for deposits?
America TAB accepts MasterCard and Visa for online deposits including debit cards which carry one of those logos. Online deposits are processed as "purchases" however some credit card banks may treat them as cash advances. We cannot be responsible if your bank treats an online deposit as a cash advance. Credit and debit card deposits may also be phoned in to America TAB Customer Service at 1-866-891-5100. Discover cards are also accepted for phone in deposits. Phone in deposits are processed through Global Cash and carry a 4.5% transaction fee and are processed as a cash advance. America TAB will waive the 4.5% Global Cash transaction fee when making your initial deposit.
Does America TAB account holders have credit card deposit limits?
Yes. Our credit card processing company has imposed a maximum limit of $400 on your initial credit card deposit. After America TAB receives your Draft Authorization Form, subsequent credit card deposits to your account will be limited to $1,000 per day, $3,000 per seven-day period, and $5,000 per calendar months. Please note these limits do not apply to deposits by debit card, PayPal, Bank Wire Transfer, money order, cashier's check or personal check.
I know my card and credit limit are good, why am I being declined?
If you are declined for any reason, a message will appear on the screen with the reason for the decline. One common reason for a credit card decline by the credit card issuing bank (other than over credit limit) is address verification. On the "Add More Funds Electronically" page, the fields will automatically be filled in with the account information including address. If the address on your credit card billing is different, you will need to change the information in the address fields to match your credit card billing address.
I am receiving a "Transaction Result #12 Declined" message and I know my card is good. What is causing this decline message?
Our credit card processing system has been returning declined transactions at a higher rate than normal with this message. Many credit card issuing banks have decided to ban online credit card transactions for internet gambling, and although primarily designed to impact internet casinos, it is hitting us too.
The main banks we are experiencing difficulties with at this time are Bank of America, Capital One, Chase, Citibank, MBNA, Providian and Star Bank. If you have a card from one of these banks, you may not be able to make deposits through our online deposit option.
America TAB is working on several solutions to this problem. You may also call America TAB's customer service department toll-free at 1-866-891-5100 to make a deposit over the telephone (we use a different processor that way).
Deposits over the telephone are processed by Global Cash, and may be charged as a cash advance to your credit card. The service fee is 4.5%, but you may be charged an additional cash advance fee by your bank.
I would prefer to mail a money order or personal check. Where do I send it?
Money orders and cashier's checks are deposited in your wagering account the same day as received. Personal checks are held five days to clear. Please DO NOT send cash. A money order, cashier's check, or personal check deposit should be made payable to America TAB and mailed to:
BrisBET.com
P.O. Box 8510
Lexington, KY 40533-8510
If you want to send a deposit via overnight delivery, we recommend using UPS, Emery, Fedex, Airborne Express, and DHL over using the U.S. Postal Express Mail Service since their service has not been timely. If you wish to send your deposits by overnight delivery, please send it to:
BrisBET.com
801 Corporate Dr.
Lexington, KY 40503-5404
(800) 597-5661

All wagers and transactions are completely confidential.

Why can't I access my account (login, account balance, wagering etc..) at certain times?
For maintenance reasons these features may be disabled between 2:00 am and 5:00 am ET. This maintenance is necessary to provide you with the best possible wagering experience during normal racing hours.

When and how do I know if my wager is accepted?
An on-screen wager confirmation, accompanied by a ticket number, is provided within seconds of submitting a wager. There is a Print button located on the confirmation screen if you wish to print the ticket for your records. If a wager is not processed by the host track comingled pools, the Oregon Racing Commission requires America TAB to refund the amount of the wager to the accountholder.
Is it possible to cancel wagers?
Once you submit a wager and the wager is accepted, you may not cancel it. After selecting your wager you will be given a confirmation screen to review the wager including the total cost of your ticket one final time before submitting it. Please take the time to proof your wagers.
What happens to my wager when a horse has been scratched that is part of my wager?
BrisBET.com will provide refunds or assign other horses in accordance with the member track's policies for handling scratches.
Will I be able to see my wagering record?
You will be able to see the history of the current day's wagers by selecting "Recall Today's Bets" from either the "Manage Your Account Page" or the wagering screen. You can also see your complete account history which contains wagering activity details and deposit and withdrawal information. This feature can be found by selecting "Recall Account History" on the "Manage Your Account" page. This report can assist you in the your recordkeeping.
Will I be able to see my balance online?
Your account balance is available online from either the "Manage Your Account Page" or the wagering screen.
What information is recorded in the wager log?
Your "View Today's Bets" screen will show all of your wagers for the current day, along with ticket serial numbers, amount and type of bet, whether the bet was a winner or loser, and the amount of the win or loss.
If I have an America TAB account can I still wager via telephone?

Can I have my winnings transferred to my bank account?
No. For security reasons, the only way to collect from your account is to request funds to be sent to you by check. See previous question for more details.

Will there be any documentation for BrisBET.com online wagering that the IRS will accept for losing tickets, to be balanced against winning tickets when there are signers?
