SERIOUS BUG FOUND

Hi all.

I'm Brazilian and my english aren't good. I hope that u
understand me.

I think that i found a serious bug in bash.

i've made this stupid script:

--------------------------------
#!/bin/bash

if $0 == $1 ; then
        echo "HELLO"
fi
--------------------------------

(i dont know if this sintax are correct)

running that script, CPU use goes to 100% and memory use
grow fast until system crash!

please correct these bug!

Athlon 1.3 GHZ - 256MB DDR RAM
KERNEL 2.6.1 (vanilla)
Glibc 2.3.2 (slackware 9.1 stock)
bash 2.05b.0(1)-release (i486-slackware-linux-gnu)
(slackware 9.1 stock)
