Title: SENIOR DIRECTOR OF RELEASE MANAGEMENT

Location:
Redwood Shores, CA 

Responsibilities:
As part of the Application Server and Management Team, your goal will be to 
ensure the timely release of high quality products. This includes the 
management of people who will be responsible for:
· Coordinating development groups working on product release. 
· Coordinating Integration, QA and Install teams to provide stable environments 
for development and testing. 
· Track release metrics, test plans, certifications and schedules. 
· Drive closure on issues as they arise in a timely fashion

Requirements: 
· 5-10 years of work experience in the Software Industry. 
· The individual must have played the role of Senior Director (or Director) of 
Software Engineering for at least 2 years managing a team of at least 25-30 
people and working with on the delivery of a software product that had at least 
200+ engineers working on it. 
· The individual must have direct experience working with the following 
functions - Documentation, Quality Assurance and Testing, Product Porting to 
different Operating Systems, Release Integration and Build.
