Did it not? I'm running 3.2-22.fc9 (3.2.33(1)-release). I'm referring to the thread http://permalink.gmane.org/gmane.comp.shells.bash.bugs/11690, which was late august; I don't have an easy way to check, but I'd be surprised if f9 wasn't shipping some form of 3.2 at that time, so unless you added it in a 3.2 patch?
